Role Summary:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Receives, reviews, and enters customer orders for key accounts

  • Writes procedures and assists in establishment of department policies

  • Participates in training of customer service personnel

  • Handles multiple product line(s) with multiple entity support

  • Handles special projects, as assigned

  • Conducts all activities in accordance within BHGE policies

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal assistance/supervision

  • Proficient in order entry software

  • Knowledge of order entry processes

  • Knowledge of principles, concepts, theories and practices of field

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of Sap knowledge is absolutely required

  • Strong Excel knowledge is needed

Desired Characteristics:

  • 5 years SAP experience
