  • Preparation and timely submitting of tax reports to tax regulation offices according to local tax legislation requirements

  • Preparation and submission of Tax reports such as VAT, WHT;

  • Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of operational tax reporting;

  • Able to maintaining correspondences/communications with the Ministry of Taxes on tax matters, preparing timely responses for the requested actions;

  • Ensure that VAT and WHT properly and timely paid

  • Processing of tax payments via official tax portal (VAT Deposit);

  • Reconciliation of accrued/reported and paid tax vs statement from tax accounts;

  • Support month-end and year-end close process;

  • Assist with internal and tax audits;

  • Other duties related to the performance of job responsibilities and requirements.


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tax accounting

  • Good knowledge of accounting and tax legislation (Tax code, PSA)

  • Advanced written and spoken Azeri, good English and Russian


  • Ability to work in an environment of pressing deadlines and dynamic conditions

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and BTP (tax filing program) knowledge of 1C accounting software is welcome.
