Role Summary:

Position reports to the Completion System Materials Management Manager – Latin America.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Supply and demand Planning.

  • Sales & Operation Planning process ensuring demand from all markets is supported appropriately.

  • Manage planning tools parameters and master data to optimally reflect plan supply.

  • Work fluidly in a highly cross-functional team environment involving manufacturing teams, as well as supply chain specialists, manufacturing engineers, logistics and operations personnel.

  • Review coverage and execute orders as needed.

  • Apply analytics and supply chain expertise to manage system parameters and meet target inventory and service level goals while minimizing costs and obsolescence.

  • Deliver clear-to-build status, material coverage, run-out reports and other analyses as needed. Provide data-driven decision support to operations personnel through what-if and scenario planning (as examples).

  • Responsible for ensuring full compliance with all policies related to inventory.

  • Handles special projects, as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • University degree. Industrial Engineering Preferred

  • 3 years’ experience in inventory coordination.

  • Language: English Intermediate level (excluded)

  • Enthusiastic, knowledge-hungry learner, eager to meet challenges and quickly assimilate new concepts.

  • Critical and logical thinking skills.

  • Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with partners and colleagues.

  • Planning and organizational skills.

Desired Characteristics:

  • SAP preferred.

  • Knowledge of product line is highly appreciated.
