The Subject Matter Expert is responsible for providing expert support, analysis and research into Accounts Payable / B2P complex problems and processes, playing a prominent consultative role to the Organization.
Essential Duties andResponsibilities:
Provide expert support,analysis and research into exceptionally complex problems, and processesrelating to the subject matter.
Serve as technical expert for B2Poperations and project teams providing technical direction, interpretationand alternatives.
Apply technical principles,theories, and concepts.
DriveAccounts Payable- B2P transformation during transitions to realizeaccelerated benefits.
Makessuggestions with respect to system enhancements and process improvements.
Developsand delivers training on the ERP systems and applications.
Work on known and unknowncomplex technical problems and provides solutions which are highlyinnovative.
Respondsto B2P inquiries regarding end to end processes.
Work under consultativedirection toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives.
Determine and pursue courses ofaction necessary to obtain desired results.
Develop advanced technologicalideas and guides their development into a final product.
Resolvebusiness issues relating to business rule execution.
Reviewthe results of ERP testing.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalentin Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related.
Altogether 5 years minimumexperience in Accounts Payable-B2P functions like Invoice Processing,Invoice Scanning/Imaging, Supplier Master Updates, Payments and Bankingand Travel and Entertainment.
Mustbe well organized and a self-starter.
Strongcustomer service skills; ability to interact with employees and vendors in aprofessional manner.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of accounting principles.
Ability to communicate effectivelyverbally and in writing.
Ability to work independently andwith a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis onaccuracy and timeliness.
Possessesbroad proficiency control requirements.
