Essential Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates comprehensive, specialized knowledge of company's Drilling Services products & services, customer requirements & competitive market.

  • Initiates, qualifies and closes the sales cycle

  • Utilizes customer relationship management (CRM) tool

  • Handles special projects as assigned

  • Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes Health Safety and Environmental policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

  • Provide excellent customer service


  • Knowledge and experience of the Selling Process

  • Strong cold calling experience

  • Ability to present technical reports to internal and external customers

  • Understanding drilling services is an asset

  • Ability to interact well with others, communicate effectively, and develop relationships.

  • Possesses a technical aptitude, can work with minimal supervision, highly focused.

  • Excellent sales track record

  • 5 years of relative experience
