Role Summary:

BHGE hires Resource Management Specialist for Ciudad del Carmen.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and supervisesactivities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job orproject management, administration and technical support.

  • Responsible for singleproducts/services in a single legal entity.

  • Typically does not have budgetaryresponsibility.

  • Monitors daily progress of job(s) orproject(s).

  • Works independently under generalsupervision, requiring normal guidance and review. Provides some technicalguidance and work direction to field staff.

  • Level is determined by a matrixbased on years of experience, number of employees supervised, and scope ofresponsibility.

  • Handles special projects, asassigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • 5 years experience in an oilfieldoperations environment.

  • Commercial Drivers License (CDL)with specific endorsements may be required.

  • Thorough understanding of productline(s)/service(s) in an operational area or district. Thorough understandingof customer requirements.

  • Thorough understanding of processesand procedures of the operating area.

  • Proficient in the use of PC's.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred.

  • Ability to use skills, knowledge andtechniques in problem recognition and solution development.
