Role Summary: Coordinates and supervises activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration and technical support. Responsible for multiple or single products/services in a single legal entities. Works independently under general supervision, requiring normal guidance and review. Provides some technical guidance and work direction to field staff.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Establish KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  • Check availability of chemicals, personnel & equipment

  • Establish interface with cementers, completion, customer etc.

  • Attend DWOP (Drill Well On Paper)

  • Attend morning calls/liaise with customer

  • Produce EOWR

  • Register lessons learned

  • Amend BoD to include lessons learned

  • Review well with customer – KPI

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Chemical Engineer or Petroleum Engineer

  • 10-15 years of experience in drilling fluids

  • English (desired)
