Baker Hughes, a GE company has an opening for a Digital Transformation Leader to support Artificial Lift in Claremore, OK. The Artificial Lift Digital Transformation Leader will own P&L and strategy for product portfolio in this high-profile, high-potential business segment. The leader will build and mentor a team of high performance team to define and execute strategy, establish and achieve ambitious outcomes.
Accountable for business segment targets on orders, revenue, cost & margin.
Seek and establish innovative ways for generating business growth.
Find new funding models to support the growth.
Establish vision & strategy for the business segment.
Anticipate and shape investment decisions based on market opportunities, market trend, risks, competitive landscape and strategic partnerships.
Accountable for roadmap, product lifecycle and product management processes.
Establish and manage relationship across BHGE businesses & sub-businesses, partners and customers and senior management levels across industries and geographies.
Be a regular speaker in events and active in industry associations to influence and shape up the direction for the business and technology in the segment.
Build and mentor high performance team
Work cross functionally across sales, internal/external customers, analysts, marketing, engineering and senior management teams to formulate and execute the strategy.
Have strong financial acumen and accountability.
Create strong working relationship & influence across product management, engineering and other stakeholder groups to successfully execute business strategy.
Ensure operational excellence in the areas of integrity, HSE, controllership and compliance
Bachelor's Degree in technical majors
A minimum of 15 years of experience in the software industry
A minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management/Strategy functions
MBA from an accredited college or university
Proven track record of establishing a vision, strategy and executing business plans, capable of planning and executing major initiatives
Demonstrated leadership skills in a cross-functional environment and experience leading a team
Demonstrated accomplishments in customer-focused problem solving
Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities
Self-directed, highly detail-oriented, organized, and flexible
Knowledge of related products, services and markets
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
