Role Summary:

Baker Hughes, a GE company has an opening for an Employment Brand Leader to be based at our Aldine Westfield location on Houston, TX. This leader will be responsible for building & shaping BHGE reputation & communicating our employment value proposition worldwide. You will develop marketing campaigns for across all of BHGE that position us as an employer of choice & communicate our vision and unique culture to excite & attract top talent. Reports into the Global Talent Acquisition Leader.

Essential Responsibilities:

This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong global partnership across human resources, communications, marketing, and external agencies to identify solutions to support recruiting and branding goals. Seeking a candidate with a strong track record of building compelling marketing content, creative ideas, and that can execute programs in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage planning and execution of brand and marketing efforts to support global recruiting efforts and employment value proposition activation

  • Drive full-cycle marketing campaigns — planning, launch, engagement, tracking/optimization and reporting

  • Employ an integrated marketing communications approach to convey our employment brand story through content marketing:

  • Create engaging content to fuel our channels, including website and blog features, photos, videos, mobile games/puzzles, AR/VR experiences, event experiences/activations, and communication templates

  • Partner with the internal communications team to repurpose content for usage with BHGE employee population.

  • Ensure Employment Brand is in lock step to overall BHGE brand positioning (i.e., messages and campaigns to prospective employees should complement customer-facing branding)

  • Work horizontally across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure brand strategy and communication internally and externally is aligned.

  • Manage ad outreach, campaign strategy (organic, paid, shared) and execution

  • Enable recruiting team with content and toolkits for candidate engagement

  • Evaluate metrics, report on campaign results and determine ROI

  • Positively position and increase brand awareness for BHGE as a great place to work

  • Drive a candidate centric approach and positively impact their experience

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications OR 8 years of marketing experience, including experience executing employment brand campaigns

  • 6 years of marketing experience, including experience executing employment brand campaigns

  • 3 years project or program management experience

  • 3 years copy writing experience

  • Familiarity with social, mobile, and digital media practices

  • Experience developing marketing strategies for an employment brand

  • Experience managing client relationships

  • Ability to integrate business needs into creative marketing campaigns

  • Ability to independently identify and act on priorities and leverage opportunities

  • Excellent knowledge of integrated communications strategy and the Marketing Mix (Print, Digital, Events)

  • Exceptional relationship building skills in a cross-functional, highly matrixed global environment
