Baker Hughes, a GE company is currently hiring an Operational & Product Company Marketing Manager based in Houston, Texas.
Lead and align Product Company marketing functions, including customer intelligence, global SAS strategy, channel strategy, marketing analytics, advertising and promotion and new product initiatives.
Lead and align operational marketing functions in support of Product Lines including developing product / service competitive intelligence, SAS and market intelligence on major investments / project pipeline.
Align Product Companies, Regions and Global Sales on Marketing strategy
Oversee and monitor product development plans and NPI impact
Assess future industry trends and develop “short value chain” proposals developing product development roadmaps with Product Companies and linking existing product offerings for market penetration and creation
Oversee business plans and marketing strategies for the product companies and the implementation of such strategies
Owns estimates of market size and identifies relevant market indicators
Reviews and monitors quarterly forecasts or revenues
Defines, justifies, and monitors all product development projects
Champions system opportunities through across Product Companies and Operations
Work with communications on internal/external content and brand positioning
Bachelor degree required, ideally with specialization in Economics, Business, Finance, or Engineering
Master of Business Administration or related field strongly preferred
12 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry (4 to 6 years in operations and product line roles)
Able to build strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders, partners and colleagues
Able to navigate well through cultures, businesses, and all levels of the organization to achieve objectives
