Essential Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes Chemical Automation exception forecasts, determines shortages, reviews and notifies manager of results along with order proposals.

  • Assists BPC Districts in acquiring inventory to fill shortages and daily orders from other locations.

  • Monitors usage of slow moving and obsolete inventory.

  • Handles special projects, as assigned.

  • Assists in reconciling inventory.

  • Assists SentryNet web users with access to website.

  • Troubleshoots tank level monitor issues on the SentryNet website.

  • First line support for tank level monitor equipment issues.

  • Produces SentryNet reports as needed.

Desired Characteristics:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 3 years’ experience in inventory control, customer service or production control.

  • General knowledge of product line(s) of responsibility.

  • Basic knowledge of other product lines.
