Role Summary:

Baker Hughes, a GE company is looking for a Drilling Services Reliability Specialist in Leduc, Canada. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Under general supervision, assure that all products and processes achieve the desired efficiency and reliability levels

  • Assist Reliability Engineering in Root Cause Analysis and failure documentation related to Drilling Services product lines

  • Provide support to division's manufacturing and/or operation groups by assisting with reliability program design

  • Support regional and/or district Incident and Corrective Action Review Board meetings.

  • Performs follow up work on corrective actions required including documentation of corrective action implementation

  • Document and track field test performance

  • Handles special projects as assigned

  • May provide system and product audit support

Essential Qualifications/Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Understanding of processes, industry standards and technologies as they relate to drilling services

  • Good analytical skills

  • Good verbal and writing skills

Preferred Qualifications/Requirements

  • 4 years of industry experience
