Role Summary:

BHGE is looking for an End User Support Specialist to work at Quito, Ecuador.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier II technical support toend users

  • Must be able to multitask projects and support Work in ourService-Now system tickets assigned to queuesDetermine root cause by reviewing procedures and actions taken by user(s)

  • Execute installations and setups

  • Desktop Hardware and monitor issuesreported

  • Desktop Application and Softwareissues

  • Installation and troubleshooting forDesk Phone

  • Laptop Hardware issues

  • Smart Phone and Tablet issues

  • Third party software andnon-standard hardware issues

  • Mobile Device Support

  • Communicate and create / update RunBooks

  • Exemplify teamwork in a highlyvisible, fast paced environment


  • Minimum 4 to 5 years in acustomer-facing role

  • Microsoft Outlook Support Experience

  • Experience with network printers,and window servers

  • Creative problem solver

  • Detail oriented-strong writingskills

  • Works well under time constraints

  • Is able to communicate clearly, andin a professional manner consistently

  • Standard business hours arerequired, but some flexibility concerning on-call situations is needed.

  • High school degree required, collegedegree strongly preferred. May consider comparable certifications

  • Must possess Knowledge of allMicrosoft Products

  • Windows 10 Virtual Desktop Support aMUST

  • MAC OS X

  • Knowledge of Active Directory

  • Knowledge of Exchange

  • SCCM Knowledge a MUST o PreferredCertifications: MCP, MCSE

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience working at a financialinstitution is helpful, but not required.
