Baker Hughes, a GE company has an opening for an Account Sales Manager (Drilling Services) to be based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Managing small to mid-sized accounts, developing account plans, sales calls at the office level focusing on drilling managers and engineers
Training and developing teams and individual team members
Develop and maintains customer relationships with accounts
Supporting other Managers in the office and field
Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies for a specified geographic area, business unit or product line
Assist with the development of short and long-range sales goals
Working with managers to develop new accounts and business to drive long-term growth
Responsible for achieving short and long-range sales targets
Handle special projects as assigned
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5 years of Sales experience
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations required
Good mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills required
Ability to travel domestically up to 30%
3 years of experience in Oil & Gas
Knowledge of Drilling Services
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Selling skills and expertise
Ability to build strong relationships, troubleshoot and deliver solutions
Comprehensive knowledge of company products and services and their application to customer requirements and competitive market
